Resque: It's our lifestyle.
Everyone has a story. This is ours.
Our goal was never to be chefs. Our goal was never to serve BBQ. Our intention was greater. Our life purpose developed from there. By day we are public safety professionals, but the turnouts and scrubs never come off. Those qualities that enable us to get up every morning and serve and support our communities carry into what is Resque Joe's BBQ. We employ young adults and provide them with an apprenticeship program that focuses on the three ingredients that have assisted us in our journey: positive support, positive outlets, and positive role models. Everything at Resque Joe's BBQ uses the same high standard. This includes the 8-12 hours spent smoking each meat, the championship sauces and rubs used in our recipes, and ultimately the dedication to our team. We believe everyone is exceptional. Our goal is to create an environment that allows them to grow and let their light shine.
